What Determines Your Program Cost
For those who qualify, the entire program cost may be covered by Medi-Cal, a Managed Health Plan, VA, or long-term care insurance. If you're not covered by Medi-Cal, a sliding-scale fee applies based on your situation.

At Grace CBAS Inc., cost is never the reason a family says no. We coordinate nursing, therapy, meals, and transportation under one roof, and we're a state-approved Community Based Adult Services (CBAS) provider.
