At Grace CBAS Inc., transportation is just one piece of a bigger picture, nursing, therapy, meals, and social support, all coordinated under one roof. We're a state-approved Community Based Adult Services (CBAS) provider.
Once here, members connect with peers, join in activities built around real recovery and enjoyment, and get to hold onto their independence a little longer. And for those who qualify through Medi-Cal, it costs nothing at all.
